Woodrow Wilson Center Hosts Princeton Lyman Book Launch and Panel Discussion

Professor Thandbantu Nhalpo, Deputy Chief of Mission for the Embassy of South Africa, participated in the book launch and panel discussion for former U.S. Ambassador to South Africa, Princeton Lyman on 23 October 2002. Lyman's novel is entitled, Partner to History: The U.S. Role in South Africa's Transition to Democracy. The launch was held at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars and was sponsored by the Center's Africa Project and Conflict Prevention Project. Other featured participants on the panel included, Richard H. Solomon, President of the U.S. Institute of Peace, and Susan Collin Marks, Executive Vice President of Search for Common Ground.
