Death Certificate

Death Certificates of persons who died in South Africa can be obtained by formal application.

Death Certificates are issued in South Africa and requires a processing period of 6 months.

Requirements:

  • Form BI-132, Application for Death Certificate completed in black ink and signed by applicant.
  • An administrative fee of $6.00 in money order or certified check payable to the South African representative office where your location falls under.
